The Gwinnett County Police Department Electronic and Financial Crimes Unit is asking for help from the public to identify a suspect who they say made unauthorized purchases by utilizing a fraudulent credit card at a Buford store.

According to police, the suspect was captured on security video purchasing over $4,200 worth of laptop computers from Best Buy at 3205 Woodward Crossing Boulevard, Suite A in Buford on June 6.

In a released written statement, Gwinnett Police said, “After the transaction, the victim was notified of the purchases made to his account.”
