The inaugural season for the Buford flag football program has come to an end and Buford players faired well in the end-of-season awards. The Wolves went 8-12 in their first season.
The Gwinnett Touchdown Club announced its All-County teams and the following players from Buford received honors:
First Team All-County:
- Cadence Jenkinson-Sr.-Athlete
- Tanner Moon-Jr.-Offensive Line
- Kaitlin White-Sr.-Defensive Back
Second Team All-County:
- Izzy Rettiger-Jr.-Quarterback
Buford’s flag football team is part of Region 7 Division 3 and the following athletes made the All-Region teams:
First Team All-Region:
- Tayve Borders-Sr.-Wide Receiver
- Cadence Jenkinson-Sr.-Athlete
- Kaitlin White-Sr.-Defensive Back
Second Team All-Region:
- Amy Ragazino-Sr.-Quarterback
- Tanner Moon-Jr-Offensive Line
- Braleigh Wansley-So.-Wide Receiver
