According to the announcements from two companies, the Buford area will soon see new shopping and dining options. The new establishments will call the Mall of Georgia and The Shoppes at Mall of Georgia home.
UNTUCKit, a predominately men’s clothing retailer that specializes in shirts that are designed to be worn untucked, is coming to the Mall of Georgia according to chainstoreage.com. The brand also offers a limited selection of women’s clothing and big and tall sizes.
In 2024, UNTUCKit plans to open 14 stores in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom, giving the brand a total of 81 brick-and-mortar locations. The new locations will range in size from 1,400 sq. ft. to 2,500 sq. ft.
The brand will focus on the customer experience with the design of its new locations. UNTUCKit’s customer experience will include complimentary fittings and steamings, a gift concierge, styling recommendations and text-based checkout.
The Mall of Georgia location is set to be opened in the company’s second phase of 2024 openings, however, a specific date has not been announced. According to simon.com, UNTUCKit’s location within the Mall of Georgia will be on the second level across from PINK by Victoria’s Secret and next to H & M.
Coming to The Shoppes at Mall of Georgia at 2815 Buford Drive in Buford is Moonshiners Bar & Grill. The restaurant has two additional locations in Braselton and Grayson.
WhatNowAtlanta.com says the new Buford location will be more than 8,300 sq. ft. and has plans for an outdoor patio dining area, a billiards room and live entertainment.
Moonshiners Bar & Grill is supposed to open in May and will have a menu with “craft burgers, sandwiches, wings and more along with draft and bottled beer and signature cocktails, many featuring the restaurant’s namesake liquor.”
