Police are trying to learn the identities of two women who they say stole over $1,200 worth of sunglasses from a store inside of the Mall of Georgia in Buford.
According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, two females entered the Sunglasses Hut in the Mall of Georgia at 3333 Buford Drive on May 27, 2023. The suspects grabbed three pairs of sunglasses that are valued at over $1,200 and they left the store without paying for the items.
Police describe the first suspect as a black, heavy-set female with long, black hair and she was wearing a blue top and jean shorts. The second suspect is said to be a black female with long, black hair who was wearing a tan dress and had a black and white bag.
