Buford offensive lineman Brayden Jacobs announced on Sunday that he has committed to the Clemson University football program.
Jacobs is a 6-foot-7, 310-pound four-star recruit and is ranked as the No. 123 overall prospect and No. 14 offensive tackle by 247Sports in the Class of 2025.
Clemson won out over other college football programs like Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas. Jacobs received a total of 27 offers.
Jacobs is the son of former Auburn and NFL running back Brandon Jacobs. The elder Jacobs spent nine years in the NFL playing for the New York Giants and the San Francisco 49ers.
