The Region 8-7A tennis awards were recently announced and the Buford boys tennis team took home two of the top awards for the 2023-2024 season.
Miller Troutt received the Boys Player of the Year Award while the doubles team of Dillon Carbis and Owen Sampers won the Boys Doubles Team of the Year Award.
Seth Davidson and Myles Carbis were named to the Boys All-Region Singles Team and Luke Kim and Eshaan Patel made the Boys All-Region Doubles Team.
Buford girls tennis received All-Region Singles Team honors for Berkley Clark and Jasmine Ibegulam. Ibegulam recently signed with Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee to further her academic and tennis careers.
The doubles team of Taylor Aycock and Delaney Richards were Girls All-Region Doubles Team selections.
