Taste of Buford & Buford Basketball Season Opener

Join us for a night filled with tasty food from over 20 local restaurants, season-opening games for Buford boys and girls basketball teams, a 3-point contest, teacher showdowns and giveaways. The event will be held on Nov. 6 at the Buford Arena at 2795 Sawnee Ave in Buford, Ga. Doors will open at 5 p.m.
- Over 20 local restaurants are bringing their delicious food that people can sample. Buy a ticket for $20 and you will receive 20 tickets to exchange for food from these local restaurants. Your tickets can be shared with family and friends.
- Catch the Buford girls basketball team take on Commerce at 5:30 p.m. and the Buford boys basketball team versus Seckinger at 7 p.m.
- The event will also feature three-point shootouts, teacher showdowns and giveaways.
A few of the local restaurants participating are Rico’s World Kitchen, Bare Bones Steakhouse, Off the Rails Mexican Cantina, The Brunch Apothecary, Oy!, Main Street Deli, Aqua Terra Bistro, Italian Pizza Pie, Brightside Cafe, Ted’s Montana Grill, Bubba’s 33, Diesel Tap House, Fish Tales, Buford Station Creamery and more.
Proceeds from the event help fund the basketball program.
