* Festival begins at 10 a.m. at 301 East Main Street and ends at 3 p.m.* Performances will begin at 10:30 a.m. on the Amphitheater Stage.* Paws & Claus Holiday Dog Costume Contest is at 1:45 p.m. on the Amphitheater Stage.
