Buford High School rising senior TyShun White went live on Instagram on the Fourth of July to announce that he has decided to further his academic and football career at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
White, who is 6-foot, 185 lbs., is rated as a four-star safety by 24/7Sports. He is ranked No. 13 in the Class of 2024 on Rivals Top 90 in Georgia. White is the second-highest ranked player in the North Carolina Tar Heels’ 2024 recruiting class, says the Tar Heel Times.
The four-star safety received 30 college offers. A few of the top schools to offer White a scholarship were Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A & M.
