Buford High School cornerback Devin Williams announced his commitment to further his academic and football careers at Auburn University on Monday, Feb. 26 via X (formerly Twitter).
The 5-foot-10, 165-pound junior is rated as a four-star recruit according to 247Sports and is considered the No. 11 cornerback in the nation in the Class of 2025. With a 247 composite score of 0.9576, Williams is the highest-rated recruit in Auburn’s 2025 recruitment class.
Williams had 32 college offers from top programs like Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, South Carolina and Texas, but Auburn, ultimately, earned his commitment Monday.
